The global health care company GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) is using 100% Sunfiber for their well-established product category Benefiber®.
Benefiber® Healthy Balance can be used daily to maintain digestive health and to help relieve occasional constipation and abdominal discomfort without causing diarrhea. It is available in 20 and 35 servings and can dissolved within beverages or soft food (hot or cold).
Benefiber® Healthy Balance is available on the U.S. market. It is a good example for new fiber-products within the EMEA-region.
This step of a major pharma and nutraceutical company shows that Sunfiber can be the first choice of fiber due to its properties and science and that the price of Sunfiber® is not the most important factor.
This business case in the US is a good example for the much better quality of Sunfiber in comparison to the cheaper Nutriose. Now we hope that some companies want to use Sunfiber as well to give it a chance in their product applications.
