Heat-Treated Flour

Heat-Treated Flour is dried by drum dryer and have moisture between 4-8%. It has high tempreture treatment of 80-140 degree, killing microorganisms. It extends shelf life and has free flowing ability.

Heat-Treated flour is used in applications as the following:

  • Flavour, Seasonings and Savories as carrier – Economic replacement of maltodextrin and whey powder
  • Instant Soup as filling agent
  • Sauces as thickening agent
  • Bulyon as carried
  • Coating products
  • Premixes and Cake Mixes as filling agent
  • Cream as Whey Powder replacement.

Pregelatinized Flour

A highly digestible starch taken from wheat flower, Pregelatinized flour is extruded flour with twin screwed extruder, produced under heat, steam and pressure, and it contains no added chemical.

It is used in many industries such as bakeries, confectionary, dairy, snacks, pharmaceutical and pet food.
Pregelatinized flour basically helps the product to hold more water, and it works under two methods:

  • . Add on top of your regular flour mix
  • . Substitute Gluten or other agents

Pregelatinized flour imporves the taste and aroma of baked goods, as well as it is easy to digent, extends freshkeeping properties, has better cutting quality and maked the produs softer and spongy crumb.
